The Visionary Behind the
Art
Some things find you when you're not looking for them.
Mine found me in Girl Scouts — a photography badge, a film camera in my hands for the first time, and something shifted. I wasn't just taking pictures. I was seeing differently. Noticing light. Chasing moments. Learning that you only get so many frames, so you'd better make each one count.
That was a long time ago. And that spark has never left.
Film taught me discipline. It taught me to slow down, to really look before I shot. Those lessons live in everything I create today — even though the darkroom has long since given way to a digital studio.
I started my working life at a keypunch machine — feeding data into computers one card at a time. Nobody could have told me then that one day I'd be using artificial intelligence as my paintbrush, creating art that hangs in galleries and ships to collectors across the country.
Technology didn't replace my creativity. It unleashed it.
Over the years, photography evolved into something I never could have predicted — digital art that blends photography, painting, texture, and light into images that go far beyond what any camera can capture alone. Using Midjourney, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Topaz, I create pieces that don't just show you a place — they make you feel it.
That's always been my true north: preserving the feeling of a moment, not just its appearance.
I call it Chasing the WOW — that split second when light hits just right, when color and emotion collide, when you see something so beautiful it stops you in your tracks. That's what I'm always after. And that's what I want every piece of my art to give you.
I print on metal, because metal does something paper can't.
The colors come alive. The light shifts. The image breathes.
I'm based in Pensacola, Florida — a place that hands me WOW moments daily — and my work is available through my galleries at Artworks Perdido Key and Artworks Seville, and right here online.
I create with intention, never rushing what deserves care. And I believe art should feel like coming home.
